Work From Home (During a Pandemic)

Work from Home was excellent and timely as we all enter our new virtual world of distractions. Not only learning about tough moments we endure but what to do when they happen to us and to others. Dr. Winch’s advice on creating a mental transition to separate home from work was spot on as well as the importance of us being easy on ourselves in these abnormal times we are facing. Finally, I was moved and agreed with his metaphor that we are like a platoon at war and will come out like comrades in arms! The positive impact on how this will bond us, create loyalty and connection was powerful. I had the opportunity to use some of these kernels of wisdom last week while teaching to 150 students on Zoom. Thank you for this gift and keep them coming.
