    If you can, please let us know what device and OS (with version) you're using, and anything else you think we should know so we can diagnose and resolve your issue more quickly.
  • I have a question for a course expert. How do I ask it?
    Email us at hello@knowable.fyi with your question and the course expert or a researcher from the Knowable team will follow up with you directly.


Courses

  • How long are the courses?
    Courses vary in length from about an hour to 8+ hours. Each course is split up into individual lessons that you can listen to (and re-listen to) at your own pace. You’ll see the length of each course listed on its page.
  • Do you have mobile apps?
    Of course we do! We’re all about helping you unlock more learning time while you’re on the go. Grab the iPhone app here or the Android app here.
  • Can I listen while driving my car?
    Definitely. We’re here to make your commute much more fun (and productive). The Knowable mobile app works like other podcast and audio player apps and should play through your car’s speakers normally.


Billing

  • How do I use an invite or discount code?
    Codes are redeemable at checkout in the Android app and on the web. Due to Apple's App Store restrictions, codes aren't redeemable in the Knowable iOS app. If you're an iOS user, log in to your Knowable account on the web to redeem your code and your app will sync automatically.
  • How do I request a refund?
    We offer full refunds up to 14 days after purchase, no questions asked.

    App Store (iOS): Follow these instructions to request a refund through Apple. App Store refunds are usually processed within 3 business days. If your refund isn't processed, please email us at help@knowable.fyi.

    Play Store (Android): Email us at help@knowable.fyi with your Play Store order number, which you can find in your email receipt from Google. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to process.

    Web: Email us help@knowable.fyi and let us know the course you purchased and the email address associated with your Knowable account. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to process.
  • How do I request a receipt?
    If you paid for your Knowable membership in the App Store or Play Store, you should have received a receipt to the email address associated with your Apple or Google Account. You should also be able to locate the receipt in your Apple or Google purchase history.

    If you purchased on the web, please send an email to help@knowable.fyi with the email address associated with your account, the course name, and the purchase date and we will reply with your receipt.
  • Are there discounts for students or low-income individuals?
    Yes! Our mission is to make high-quality education accessible to everyone. If you're a student or facing financial hardship, send us an email at help@knowable.fyi and we’ll happily hook you up.
